TOEIC®: Prep & Exam

FOR HEC PARIS STAFF MEMBERS

INTRODUCTION

Attractive group of people study and laught, discuss something.
The Human Resources department of HEC Paris offers a free TOEIC® Listening and Reading test to all staff members (CDD/CDI), once every 2 years.

You can take the official exam at the LRC, an ETS Authorised Test Center after getting a score of at least 650 out of 990 in a mock TOEIC® test at our premises. You can read the TOEIC L&R notice for more information on the test.

CALENDAR

  • The next mock test will take place on the 24/09/24_10.00am-12.00pm.
  • The official TOEIC® Listening and Reading test is scheduled for the 29/11/24_9.30am-12.30pm.
TOEIC PREPARATION

FOR THE OFFICIAL EXAM

  • You must have a valid ID (ID card or Passport for EU candidates – Passport for non-EU candidates). No food or drinks are permitted in the exam room.
  • We recommend to consult the Test Taker Handbook.
  • You will receive your TOEIC ® result by email a few days after the exam.

  • A series of training sessions run throughout the year to help you hone your skills in the context of the exam.
  • Access to an e-learning platform where you can train in exam conditions.
  • A choice of textbooks available at the LRC.
  • Personalized advice and feedback from our staff.
