TOEIC® Official Exam: Listening and Reading

Take the TOEIC® Listening and Reading with us!

> For HEC Staff Members

The Human Resources department of HEC Paris offers a free TOEIC® Listening and Reading test to all staff members, once every 2 years.
You can take the TOEIC® Listening and Reading certification at the LRC, an ETS Authorised Test Center. This certification is valid for 2 years.

Conditions for taking the TOEIC® with the HEC Paris LRC

  • You are an HEC Paris staff member (CDD/CDI).
  • Your last official TOEIC® was taken more than 2 years ago.
  • You can justify a score of at least 650 out of 990 in a MOCK TOEIC® test within 3 months before the date of the official TOEIC® test.

> For Executive Education Participants/Candidates of Degree Programs (GEMM Global Executive Master in Management and/or Executive MSc)

In order for your experience at HEC Paris to be as profitable as possible, we strongly advise you to take a TOEIC® Listening and Reading test at the Language Resource Center: an ETS Authorised Test Center on campus. The LRC is at your disposal to support you in this process from preparation to the official test day. Moreover, HEC Paris offers you the possibility of taking your first TOEIC® free of charge within our institution.

Conditions for taking the TOEIC® with the HEC Paris LRC

  • Kindly note that each eligible participant can take the TOEIC® free of charge only once within the LRC.
  • Your program’s application fee must be cleared with the admissions team before the sign-up deadline.

Not a staff member or an GEMM/Executive MSc?
No problem! HEC Paris offers other students the possibility to take the TOEIC® Listening and Reading test for a reduced fee, at the Language Resource Center (ETS Authorised Test Center on campus).

Conditions for taking the TOEIC® with the HEC Paris LRC

  • Kindly note that the cost of each TOEIC® take is €65 within the LRC.
  • The fee must be cleared with the HEC Paris LRC before the sign-up deadline.
  • You must have a valid HEC email address

Important information

  • All registered test takers will receive a score statement issued by the LRC of HEC Paris 15 days maximum after the test session. This document certifies your level (according to the C.E.F.R. grid) and is valid for a 2-year period from the exam date.
  • A valid identity document with a recent photo is required on the day of the test.

In addition to the organization of the official TOEIC® Listening and Reading tests, we also offer free training programs and mock tests under real conditions, within the LRC!

SignUp001During the exam, cellphones and other devices connected to the internet must be turned off and put away, food and drinks are prohibited, and scrap paper is not allowed. Only HB type pencils and erasers are accepted. Please make sure to have everything with you, as exits during the test are final.
